What it is
The Grief Holding Method™ is an original educational framework created by Kim B. Jones and Ita L. Jervis. It is designed to invite you to stop moving and sit with what is actually there, honoring the weight of your grief with presence.
Unlike programs that try to move you through grief, this method is built on the belief that grief is the inward path leading you back to love. We facilitate a space where you can be truthful about what you are carrying, without the pressure of being judged, or told how to “fix” it.
